On December 14 of current year, the second meeting of the Working Group on the chairmanship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Bureau of the Convention on the Protection and Use of Transboundary Watercourses and International Lakes was held. The meeting had been attending by over 20 experts, including M. Zhakenov, a representative of the Foreign Policy Research Institute.

The meeting was provided in the form of a video conference chaired by the Head of the WG, Vice-Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of  Kazakhstan N. Nysanbayev. The work performed in the current year, also the Work Plan of the Working Group for 2021 had discussed and adopted.
