On September 29, 2021, representatives of the Foreign Policy Research Institute, together with senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in a «round table» organized by the French Embassy in Kazakhstan on the occasion of the visit to Nur-Sultan of fellows of the Institute for Higher Studies of National Defense of France, as part of the Institute’s program in Kazakhstan within the framework of the 57th training session "Armament and Defense Economics". This institute is a state administrative institution engaged in advanced training of high military and civilian officials of France and allied states, as well as defense sector businessmen.
Together with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Alimbayev, Chairman of the Board Bolat Nurgaliev and senior expert of the department "Country priorities of the RK foreign policy” Sergey Savelyev answered questions of the French guests regarding the priorities of Kazakhstan's foreign policy, assessments of the situation in Central Asia and adjacent regions, peculiarities of relations with key foreign partners, as well as prospects for multifaceted cooperation between our country and France.
