On December 3, 2021, at the Foreign Policy Research Institute, a meeting was held with the Deputy Director of the International Institute of Central Asia Bakhtiyor Mustafayev, Head of the Center of the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Amir Salyamov, leading specialist of the International Institute of Central Asia Kristina Dzhurakulova, who arrived in Nur-Sultan for participation in joint events with Kazakhstan research structures.

Chairman of the Board Bolat Nurgaliyev, Corporate secretary Almat Omirzak, expert Kuandyk Zhatakbayev acquainted the interlocutors with the purpose, mission and tasks of the Institute, in particular in the field of comprehensive analytical research of issues related to the implementation of the foreign policy of our country, and also exchanged views on topical issues in international situation. 

An agreement was reached on ways to establish interaction between the FPRI and the above-mentioned analytical institutes of Uzbekistan.
