On May 24, 2022, the Chairman of the Board Bolat Nurgaliyev met with the Chairman of the Pakistani MUSLIM Institute (Mission of Unity, Stability and Leadership In Muslims) Sultan Ahmed Ali. The Chairman of the Board briefed the Pakistani politician on the main activities of the Institute and efforts to establish cooperation with leading foreign think tanks, including those located in South Asia.

During the conversation, the issues of the political and economic situation in the world and the region were discussed. The Chairman of the Pakistani Institute shared his assessments of the development of political and economic relations with the republics of Central Asia.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board Manarbek Kabaziev and Corporate Secretary Gaukhar Beiseyeva. From the Pakistani side were the Director of the UK Branch of the Institute Rao Mohammed Ali and the head of chancery of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Kazakhstan Altaf Hussain.

At the end of the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the FPRI and the MUSLIM Institute, which provides for regular cooperation in conducting analytical research and joint activities on the basis of the two organizations.
