On November 2, 2022 the Senior expert of the Institute of Foreign Policy Research Institute Sergey Savelyev took part in the webinar "Kazakhstan as a regional pivot", organized by the Institute of Diplomacy of Portugal and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Among the topics of the webinar were the role of Kazakhstan in Central Asia, promising areas of cooperation between the countries of the region, as well as further strengthening of Kazakh-Portuguese relations.
