A working meeting with the FPRI Chairman of the Board of Directors, Deputy Minister of Foreign affairs of Kazakhstan Roman Vassilenko

On November 10, 2022, a working meeting was held at the Foreign Policy Research Institute with the participation of the newly appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPRI, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Roman Vassilenko. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Department of Foreign Policy Analysis and Forecasting of the MFA of Kazakhstan Dauren Karipov, members of the Management Board, heads of structural divisions and employees of the Analysis and Forecasting Group of the Institute.

The Chairman of the Board of FPRI Bolat Nurgaliyev presented a report on the work of the Institute throughout the three years, in particular on the preparation of analytical materials by the Institute on topical foreign policy issues and interaction with structural department of the RK MFA.

Roman Vassilenko, noting satisfaction of the leadership of the MFA of Kazakhstan with the quality of the information and analytical work of the Institute, stressed the importance of deepening the research expertise of global and regional processes related to the sphere of national security of Kazakhstan.

Following the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors made recommendations on specific aspects of analytical, financial and economic activities of the FPRI.
