On September 28, 2023, the FPRI experts Almas Abdramanov and Gulden Kaskarbayeva attended a meeting of the official foreign policy research centers of the member and observer states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held in Astana on the topic «Turkic States Cooperation: Building bridges in a Turbulent World».

The event was organized by the Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of Kazakhstan and the RK Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Topical issues of further strengthening interaction between Turkic countries in the field of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, stimulating development of trade and economic ties were discussed as well as along with current international and regional security challenges.
