Participation in a working lunch at the residence of the Russian Ambassador in Astana

On May 22, 2024, Chairman of the FPRI Board Bolat Nurgaliyev and his deputies Amangeldy Tazhenov and Manarbek Kabaziev participated in a working lunch at the residence of the Russian Ambassador in Astana.
Ambassador Alexey Borodavkin and Director of the Foreign Policy Planning Department (FPPD) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexey Drobinin briefed the Kazakh experts on topical issues being solved by the Russian diplomacy, gave their assessments of state of international and regional security, prospects for multifaceted cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan in a bilateral format and within the framework of integration associations.
For their part, Bolat Nurgaliyev and his colleagues spoke about practical activities of the Foreign Policy Research Institute and its measures to expand partnerships with relevant analytical centers of foreign countries.
It was agreed that the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Astana and the FPPD of MFA of Russia will assist in intensifying of the FPRI interaction with the Russian expert community on issues of mutual interest
