On November 14, 2024, the FPRI expert of the Analysis and Forecasting Group Almat Toyekin took part in an international round table on Transnational Threats Affecting the EU and Kazakhstan. The event was attended by experts from the Netherlands, Italy, Latvia, heads of diplomatic missions of the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Spain and Germany, international organizations (UNDP, RSPDCA, OSCE, UNODC) in Kazakhstan, representatives of government, analytical, academic structures and public organizations of Kazakhstan. 
The round table was organized by the Representative Office of the European Union and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands with the support of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
