On August 9, 2025 the newspaper «Egemen Qazaqstan» published an article by the FPRI expert Almat Toyekin on the topic: «Consultative meetings in Central Asia: from Symbolic Diplomacy to real Integration Mechanisms».
The article notes that consultative meetings of the leaders of Central Asia are gradually becoming meaningful, becoming an effective tool for coordinating interests and promoting practical initiatives. Growing trust between the countries of the region, expansion of trade and economic agenda,

 intensification of transport and logistics cooperation and strengthening of humanitarian ties are emphasized.
