On October 29, 2025 the «Egemen Qazaqstan» newspaper published an article entitled «A landmark step that opened the way to global Organizations». The article features a commentary by the FPRI expert Nurzhan Omirbek on the importance of the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Kazakhstan in 1990 for forming foundations of a new philosophy of Kazakhstan's foreign policy and the country's subjectivity in the international arena.
