On February 12, 2026 senior expert of the Foreign Policy Research Institute Sergey Savelyev took part in the conference «Post-Visit Reflections on Pakistan-Kazakhstan Relationship», organized by Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Institute of Strategic Studies of Islamabad. 
S.Savelyev made a presentation on «New Directions of the Kazakh-Pakistani Cooperation».
The event was also attended by representatives of the Turkic Academy, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and leading political experts of Pakistan.
