On August 27, 2026 a senior expert of the Foreign Policy Research Institute Sergey Savelyev took part in a round table: «Understanding Democratic Processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan».
The event was organized by MERI Centre for International Studies in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Delhi. The round table was attended by representatives of analytical centers of India and Kazakhstan. 
During his speech, S. Savelyev emphasized the importance of the Kurultai elections held in Kazakhstan and further strengthening of the Kazakh-Indian relations.
