On October 8, 2026, the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted the presentation of «Diplomatiya darabozdary», a book by diplomat, journalist and Candidate of Philological Sciences Gulsum Yensepova, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s independence.
The event was attended by state and political figures, diplomats and scholars, including the first Minister of Foreign Affairs of independent Kazakhstan Tuleutai Suleimenov. Deputy Chairman of the FPRI Board and Professor at the Institute of Diplomacy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Manarbek Kabaziyev also attended the presentation.
In his remarks, Manarbek Kabaziyev emphasized the importance of preserving the historical memory of Kazakhstan’s diplomatic service and passing on professional experience to the younger generation. He highlighted the book’s research and educational value, noting that its biographical essays shed light on the contributions of Kazakhstani diplomats to the establishment and development of the foreign policy of the independent state.
On behalf of the FPRI, Gulsum Yensepova was presented with a Certificate of Honor in recognition of her contribution to the development of Kazakhstan’s diplomacy and the preservation and promotion of the professional heritage of the diplomatic service.
