On October 9, 2026 a senior expert of the Foreign Policy Research Institute Sergey Savelyev took part in the conference «Scanning the Horizon: the Trajectory of Kazakhstan's Sustainable Development in the medium and long term» organized by the Office of the UN Resident Coordinator in Kazakhstan. 
S.Savelyev took part in discussions on the adaptation of UN activities to the needs of Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by representatives of analytical centers and universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as international financial institutions and UN organizations.
