The meeting of the Club of young experts at the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan was held on 13th of November

On 13th of  November  Secretary-corporate of JSC "Foreign Policy Research Institute" Osman Dossov took part in the Second meeting of the Club of young experts in the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was dedicated to the topic: "Digital challenges of the modern World and the national agenda".

After an introductory speech by the Chairman of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan M. Ashimbayev in the report "Digital transformation in the context of contemporary challenges", the Minister for Digital Development, Innovation and the Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan B. Mussin shared his vision of further implementation of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan". Special attention was paid to the work of the Ministry, taking into account the consequences for the country from the COVID-19 pandemic. The Club participants emphasized that digitalization is only a tool, while the ultimate goal of this process is to improve the quality of life of the population and transition to the digital economy of the future.

Reference: The Club of young experts was created on 2nd October, 2020. The aim of the Club is engaging domestic young experts from a wide variety of industries within the framework of legislative activities.
