On July 15, 2021 by way of preparation to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Kazakh-American diplomatic relations the US Embassy in Kazakhstan put on its website a documentary based on interviews with current and former Ambassadors of the United States to Kazakhstan and of Kazakhstan to the USA. 

Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Foreign Policy Research Bolat Nurgaliyev (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United States between 1996 - 2000) shared his remarks on major events during his mission in America and characterized major stages of the development of bilateral relations.
