On August 18, 2021, Chairman of the Board Bolat Nurgaliyev took part in an online international conference on the topic: "Interrelation of Central and South Asia: preconditions, prospects, geostrategic significance". The conference was organized by the Senate of the Oliy Majilis of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Tashkent University of World Economy and Diplomacy. 

The online event was attended by parliamentarians, political and public figures and leading experts from Central and South Asia states. Kazakhstan's Parliament was represented by the Deputy Chairman of the Senate, Deputy Chair of the Interparliamentary assembly of the OSCE Askar Shakirov.

B. Nurgaliev made a presentation on the topic "Expansion of trade, economic and investment cooperation between the countries of Central and South Asia as the main driver of long-term regional development" (The text of the report is attached).
