On 20-21, 2022 the Senior expert of the Institute of Foreign Policy Research Institute Sergey Savelyev took part in the 23st Bruges colloquium "Who is who on the battlefield? The actors engaged in contemporary armed conflicts". The colloquium was held under the auspices of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the College of Europe.

Topics of the colloquium included issues of global trends in contemporary armed conflicts, involvement of non-state actors, role of states, international law, etc.
