On November 9, 2022, the Deputy Chairman of the FPRI Manarbek Kabaziev took part in the presentation of the anniversary book «Kazakhstan-China: three decades of good neighborly and mutually beneficial cooperation», published in Kazakh, Russian and Chinese languages. The book provides a comprehensive overview of the establishment and development of Kazakh-Chinese relations at the turn of the XX–XXI centuries.

The Deputy Chairman of the FPRI noted in his speech that during the state visit of the President of the People's Republic of China to Kazakhstan, the leaders of the two countries signed a Joint Statement which opens a new «golden 30th anniversary» of bilateral relations M. Kabaziev underlined that the book is unique in the full disclosure of the essence of the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and China (the text of the speech is attached).

The event was attended by the Director of the Library of the First President of of Kazakhstan B.B. Temirbolat, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China Sh.Sh Nuryshev., Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Kazakhstan Zhang Xiao, representative of the author's team of the book T.T. Shaimergenov, Director General of CNPC in Kazakhstan Li Yonghong, and Kazakh experts-sinologists.
