On February 15, 2023, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted an expert meeting «The State Border as the basis of territorial integrity and security», which was attended by Chairman of the Board of FPRI Bolat Nurgaliyev.

The event was devoted to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Law on the State Border. The meeting was organized by the Directorate of the Library of the First President, who invited authoritative experts from various educational and analytical structures of Kazakhstan, including the Academy of Public Administration, National Defense University, Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies, Academy of the Border Service of the National Security Committee, Institute of Asian Studies and other institutions.
