On September 15, 2023, the Chairman of the FPRI Board  Bolat Nurgaliyev gave an interview to the correspondent of the Swiss broadcasting company «Swiss Radio and Fernsehen» Calum Mackenzie.
B.Nurgaliyev answered the journalist's questions about circumstances of the emergence of anti-nuclear movement in Kazakhstan, contribution of our country to struggle for disarmament and control of weapons of mass destruction, as well as his personal experience of participating in measures to eliminate the nuclear weapons infrastructure located in the Republic after the collapse of the USSR.
The journalist was also interested in the construction of nuclear power plants in Kazakhstan in the context of the government's strategy for development of "green" energy.
