On October 31, 2023, Chairman of the FPRI Board Bolat Nurgaliyev met with a delegation of the China Center for Contemporary World Studies  (CCCWS) headed by Deputy Director General Qi Wei.

B. Nurgaliyev    briefed the Chinese colleagues on main activities of the Institute, shared assessments of current issues of international and regional situation. 

During the meeting, a detailed exchange of views took place on further development of the Kazakh-Chinese strategic partnership in political, economic and humanitarian spheres as well as regional trends. The issues of the Kazakh-Chinese cooperation over 10 years of implementation of the Chinese initiative "One Belt, One Road" were broadly discussed.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the FPRI Board Manarbek Kabaziev and Head of the Analysis and Forecasting Group Amir Bashbayev.
