On November 13-14, 2023, under the auspices of North Macedonia which currently is the Chair–in–Office of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe the forum «Strategic Foresight in a Changing Environment: Perspectives for Cooperation and Security in Europe.
Building the OSCE Expert Network» was held in the capital of the Republic - the city of Skopje. The conference was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Northern Macedonia Bujar Osmani, the OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid, as well as leading experts from 18 OSCE countries and various regional structures.
The forum participants were received by President of Northern Macedonia Stevo Pendarovsky. The Kazakh expert community was represented by Chairman of the FPRI Board Bolat Nurgaliev and Director of International Communications of the Institute Meruert Ermekova. Bolat Nurgaliyev, according to the Chatham House procedure, spoke at the plenary session «Trends and Scenarios of Cooperation for Security in Europe».
