On May 22, 2024, members of the Board of the Foreign Policy Research Institute Bolat Nurgaliyev, Amangeldy Tazhenov and Manarbek Kabaziyev visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Astana.
Bolat Nurgaliyev and his colleagues left a memorable note expressing condolences over the death on May 19,2024 of President of the IRI Ebrahim Raisi, Minister of Foreign Affairs Khoseini Amir Abdollahyan and other Iranian high officials who died on May 19 in a helicopter crash.
