On March 14, 2025, Deputy Chairman of the FPRI Board Manarbek Kabaziyev participated in the round table «International Dialogue «Spring in China». Prospects for the development of Kazakhstan and China relations» organized by the Astana International University in cooperation with the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Kazakhstan, the Media Corporation of China and the Branch of the Beijing University of Language and Culture in Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by Chinese Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan Han Chunlin, Member of the Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erkin Abil, Director General of the Media Corporation of China (MCC) Shen Haixiong, Director of the MCC Eurasian Bureau Wang Bin, as well as representatives of the expert community and the mass media of Kazakhstan and China. 
Political experts of Kazakhstan and China discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation, key aspects of Chinese modernization at a new stage of development, as well as results of the sessions of the National People's Congress and the National Committee of the People's Political Consultative Council of China held in Beijing from March 4 to 11, 2025.
M.Kabaziyev made a presentation on the state and prospects of development of Kazakhstan and China relations.
