On November 13, 2025 expert of the FPRI Analysis and Forecasting Group Nurzhan Omirbek gave an interview to «24KZ» TV channel, commented on political significance of signing the Declaration on the Transition of Relations between Kazakhstan and Russia to the Level of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and Alliance, and also assessed the perception of the visit of the Head of State to Moscow by foreign experts.
