On March 19, 2026 the FPRI expert Almat Toyekin took part in the international scientific seminar «The CA5+1 Interaction Format: Results and Prospects», organized by the Eurasian Association for International Studies (EAIS). The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the diplomatic corps of the United States, China, Japan, Korea, Uzbekistan, as well as Rossotrudnichestvo and the expert community of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A.Toyekin made a presentation on «The economic and investment presence of the United States: the role of CA5+1». Нe noted importance of intensifying trade and economic cooperation between the United States and the countries of Central Asia and increased interest in technological presence in the region.
