2On August 27, 2026 «Kazakhstanskaya Pravda» newspaper published an article by Deputy Chairman of the FPRI Board Amangeldy Tazhenov entitled: «An Agenda That Remains Relevant». The article examines the key challenges to religious security in Central Asia associated with the spread of pseudo-religious radicalism, growing influence of extremist ideology in digital space and persistent risks of youth radicalization. Particular attention is given to need to strengthen interstate cooperation among the countries of the region, improve prevention mechanisms and coordinate the efforts of government agencies, the expert community and religious institutions in countering extremism.
