On October 24, 2026 the republican socio-political newspaper «Kazakhstanskaya Pravda» published an author's article by Deputy Chairman of the FPRI Board, Professor of the Institute of Diplomacy at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Manarbek Kabaziyev, entitled «The Right to One's Own Path», dedicated to Republic Day.
The publication reveals the importance of state sovereignty for formation of an independent foreign policy of Kazakhstan. The author examines key diplomatic achievements of the country, the role of a multi-vector course in ensuring national interests and strengthening international trust, as well as Kazakhstan's contribution to development of dialogue and cooperation.
Special attention is paid to modern tasks of Kazakh diplomacy: to strengthen regional cooperation in Central Asia, promote economic and technological partnership, develop transport connectivity and protect interests of citizens abroad. It is emphasized that a consistent foreign policy should contribute to strengthening sovereignty, expanding the country's development opportunities, and improving well-being of the population.
