On August 16, 2023, Bolat Nurgaliyev, Chairman of the FPRI Board, met with a correspondent the Chinese newspaper «Global Times» Xia Wenxin.

In response to questions, B. Nurgaliyev gave an assessment of the current problems of the international situation, Kazakhstan's activities in international organizations (UN, SCO), participation in the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, and also described the state and prospects of Kazakhstan's relations with China within the framework of regional structures of interaction.
