Signing of Memorandum of Understanding between the Institute of Foreign Policy Studies under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan and the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary

On April 6, 2021,  Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Foreign Policy Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary within the framework of the official visit of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó to Kazakhstan. On behalf of the Kazakh Institute the MoU was signed by the Chairman of the Governing Board Nurgaliyev.

The two "think tanks" intend to intensify mutual understanding and cooperation by expanding cooperation, mutual exchange of information, development of projects and research programs, as well as exchange of experience between experts and researchers in the field of foreign policy and the world economy.

The parties to arrange mutual visits and seminars on a regular basis, exchange experience and views, and develop initiatives to promote cooperation between the Institutes a comprehensive range of areas. They also envisage establishment of a stable cooperation mechanism and regular working contacts.
