On December 28-29, 2021, the 9 ^th meeting of the Think Tanks Forum of Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) was held in the format of a videoconference, chaired by the Shanghai Institute of International Studies (SIIS). It was the first time for the Forum to act as a permanent institution.

Deputy Chairman of the Board Manarbek Kabaziev took part in the event (the text of the speech presentation). The heads and experts of leading analytical and research centers of the CICA member states also made presentations at the Forum.
