On May 16, 2022, the Chairman of the Board of the FPRI Bolat Nurgaliev received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Kazakhstan Majid Samadzade Saber. The interlocutors exchanged assessments of the state of political, trade and economic relations between the two countries.

They also discussed practical issues of interaction between the Institute and the Embassy of Iran in order to ensure its effective functioning in the capital of Kazakhstan.
