On May 25, 2022, representatives of the Republican party "AMANAT" met with the FPRI employees. The event was held in connection with the upcoming on Republican referendum on June 5, 2022 on the draft Law "On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

The Executive secretary of the «Birlik» branch of the AMANAT party, Shyngyskhan Kozhakhmetov, and the Chairman of the Kazakh Association of Blockchain Technologies, Sapar Akhmetov in their speeches noted the need for constitutional reform in order to fully implement the Head of State's course on political modernization, which will result in the formation of the Second Republic. The participants of the meeting declared their readiness to support the amendments to the Constitution submitted to a national referendum.
