On March 21, 2024, Chairman of the FPRI Board delivered a lecture to students and undergraduates of the Faculty of Political Science of M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University «Shanghai Cooperation Organization: current problems and development prospects». 

Bolat Nurgaliyev outlined his vision of the current state of interaction between the SCO member states and its prospects, and answered numerous questions of future politologists  on priorities of Kazakhstan's chairmanship until upcoming summit of the Organization in Astana in  summer of 2024.
