On August 14, 2025 Chairman of the FPRI Board Bolat Nurgaliyev gave an interview to the «CGTN» Media Corporation of China on the issues of multilateral cooperation and the role of the Concept of the «Community of the Common Destiny of Mankind» and three global Chinese initiatives (development, security and civilization) in modernizing the global governance system in the context of current challenges of our time. 
In light of the upcoming SCO Summit under the chairmanship of the People's Republic of China, B.Nurgaliyev answered questions on assessments of China's efforts to ensure high-quality development of the Organization and to achieve dynamic cooperation in the political, economic and humanitarian dimensions of the SCO activities. The importance of observing the principles of the "Shanghai Spirit" in relation to the peculiarities of the current international situation was noted. The issues related to the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese people in the Resistance war against Japanese occupation and the victory in the World War II were also highlighted. On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations, the contribution of this universal organization to maintaining proper functioning of the international order, preserving universal peace and ensuring the sustainable development of the UN member States was assessed.
