On November 7, 2025 expert of the FPRI Analysis and Forecasting Group Nurzhan Omirbek answered questions of the «Jibek Joly» TV channel, gave detailed comments on the significance of the upcoming state visit of President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Russia. The FPRI expert noted that the visit will be important stage in strengthening multifaceted cooperation between the two countries, as well as confirmation of advancement of relations to the level of comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance.
