On 2 December 2025, in Bern, during the official visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Foreign Policy Research Institute under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Geneva-based Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue.
The Memorandum was signed on behalf of Kazakhstan by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Swiss Confederation Kairat Sarzhanov and on behalf of Switzerland by Executive Director of the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue David Harland.
The Memorandum is aimed at implementing joint projects and cooperation programs in areas of mutual interest.
