On June 24-25, 2026 the FPRI expert Nurzhan Omirbek took part in the III Korea–Central Asia Forum of Analytical Centers, organized by the Korea–Central Asia Cooperation Forum Secretariat at the Korea Foundation and the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. The event was attended by representatives of analytical and research centers from all Central Asian states and South Korea.
N.Omirbek spoke at the session «Expanding future-oriented cooperation between Korea and Central Asia» with the message «South Korean investments and technologies as a factor of green modernization of Central Asian countries». He assessed current trends in development of cooperation between the Republic of Korea and the countries of region in the context of global energy and technological transformation.
