On August 27, 2026 Deputy Chairman of the FPRI Board Amangeldy Tazhenov answered questions from a correspondent of the TV and Radio Complex of the President of Kazakhstan as part of preparation of a documentary about the activities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. He provided detailed comments on the role and place of the SCO in the modern world, the results of Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the organization in 2023-2024, the importance and relevance of Kazakhstan's initiatives, as well as preparations for the upcoming September meeting of the heads of SCO member states in Bishkek.
