September 4, 2020, the third expert discussion with representatives of state authorities organized by the Elbasy Academy of "Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation" took place in an online format. Within the framework of the Program "Training of industry managers in change management for institutional reforms and the national Plan 100 precise steps". The participants discussed topics related to "Improving science policy". Presentations and exchange of views on the following issues were held: management of scientific and technical activities in Kazakhstan, formation of policy in the field of science: correlation with the main strategic and program documents of the country, as well as interaction of state bodies in the implementation of policy in the field of science: problematic issues and recommendations for effective joint activities.
