Participation in the round table in Tashkent on the Kazakh-Uzbek cooperation

On April 18, 2026 The FPRI senior expert Valery Sitenko took part in a round table on the topic «New dynamics of Uzbek-Kazakh allied relations. What's next after the Bukhara Summit?» organized by the International Institute for Central Asia in Tashkent and the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The event was attended by deputies of the Uzbek Parliament, representatives of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan, experts from leading scientific and Analytical centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, who made proposals for further development of the Kazakh-Uzbek cooperation in the context of the Summit of the leaders of the two countries held in Bukhara on April 11 this year.
During his participation in the event, V.Sitenko made a presentation at the Third round table session on regional cooperation, and also gave an interview to representatives of the Uzbek media,  he focused on importance of deepening regional cooperation in Central Asia, expert assessments of priorities and prospects of this process.
