PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL EXPERT SEMINAR ON ISSUES OF THE KAZAKH-CHINESE COOPERATION

On June 16, 2026 Deputy Chairman of the FPRI Board Manarbek Kabaziyev took part in an International expert seminar on the topic: «the Kazakh-Chinese Cooperation in the Сontext of Global Instability: Barriers, Risks and New Development Mechanisms», organized by the Academy of Social Sciences of Gansu Province (PRC) and the Institute for Regional Integration Research.
The event was attended by representatives of leading scientific, expert and analytical circles of Kazakhstan and China.
During the seminar, special attention was paid to issues of transport and logistics interconnectedness and increasing role of Kazakhstan as a key transit hub in Eurasia. It was noted that further development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route contributes to strengthening stability of trade and economic ties between Asia and Europe, as well as opens new opportunities for deepening regional cooperation.
M.Kabaziyev made a presentation on «Kazakhstan and China in the Сontext of Transformation of the World Order: Сombining Development Strategies and Strengthening Eurasian Sustainability».
The seminar participants exchanged views on issues of further strengthening the Kazakh-Chinese cooperation in the context of modern global challenges, and also discussed prospects for development of new mechanisms of interaction in trade, economic, transport, logistics, scientific and expert fields.
