On October 28th 2020, the Dutch-Kazakhstani Business Association (NKBA) held a webinar on the topic “Water Problems in Kazakhstan” (https://nkba.nl/news). The webinar was attended by over 20 experts, among then, representative of the Foreign Policy Research Institute M. Zhakenov.

At the webinar, the Chairman of the NKBA, Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in the Netherlands H.Nieboer made a report "Drought in Kazakhstan: an incident or consequences of climate change." An expert discussion of the problems of using water resources of our country, the application of new approaches and tools to prevent and reduce the risks associated with the water factor was conducted.
